Facilities Management Contract

This Total Facilities Management contract will provide HM Land Registry and tenants with a package of facilities management services which are delivered to 12 of our offices. These services include: • Building maintenance, including a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance regime • Cleaning • Security • General waste management • Grounds maintenance • 24/7 Helpdesk • On-site management and support services • Billable Works • Projects This was procured via a further competition using Crown Commercial Services RM6232 - Facilities Management and Workplace Services Lot 1b
