Property Cleaning & Clearances Framework 2020-2023

Magenta Living is seeking to appoint up to four contractors to a Framework for the provision of property cleaning and clearances in primarily void properties. Magenta Living is seeking a professional, rapid and responsive service clearing domestic properties (void and tenanted), gardens and adjacent areas and the cleaning of same (including the cleaning of environmentally dirty/bio-hazardous premises). Magenta Living anticipates issuing 70-100 such orders per year with most being for clearance services
