Description

To continue use of a non-financial data management and reporting system to cover the sustainability data for the entire DfT family (DfT(C), DVLA, Highways, MCA, DVSA, BTP, HS2 Ltd) which includes data collection, input and analysis. We also require the option to increase node count for reporting from other parts of DfT such as Network Rail if and when required. The system would be expected to take in sustainability data from various sources (energy companies, hire car companies, travel service providers, water and waste management companies etc.) The system would need to have the ability to satisfy both internal and external reporting requirements. This is to include assurance of the data from the various DfT agencies and provide analysis in terms of identifying any anomalies and discrepancies that would require explanation to BRE. This would include collecting any further required information from the individual agencies. Also to include GGC submission to be drafted, with the relevant analysis and comment included and response to BRE answering any clarification questions.
