SEND Mediation and Disagreement Resolution Service

Sheffield City Council seeks to commission an independent, impartial, dynamic organisation to develop the disagreement resolution and mediation service. The service provider will be expected to demonstrate high quality in all areas of service delivery, project management and staff development, ensuring creativity of approach to flexibly meet the needs of young people/parents and families. The Service will promote the mediation and disagreement resolution aspects of the service as an opportunity to resolve disagreement before an appeal to the Tribunal. The contract has been awarded on the basis of most economically advantageous tender, and through delegated decision making in accordance with the Council's procedures.
