HIOW ICB have procured the Oracle platform to support Population Health Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Contracting Analytics to ensure modern, resilient, and unified intelligence capability for the ICB. The single platform provides a robust pathway to maintaining statutory intelligence functions and reducing architectural fragmentation. This has been awarded via a Direct Award through the London Procurement Partnership (LPP) Clinical Digital Health Solutions (CDHS) Framework, Lot 7 - Shared Care Record System Solutions.
