Description
The FCDO is seeking a Supplier to deliver demand-led independent Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) service and portfolio evidence research analysis for the FCDO’s ODA portfolio in Ukraine (which is managed by the British Embassy Kyiv’s (BEK). The Contract is intended to provide assurance and transparency of results being achieved by the FCDO’s implementing partners (IPs) and downstream partners in Ukraine to increase accountability to project beneficiaries and achieve greater assurance for the portfolio. The Contract will deliver against seven different work-streams. It will also work to pilot and if successful scale-up delivery of a CSO- led model of TPM. It will support the generation of evidence, analysis, and learning to inform, assure, and improve cohesive policy, programmatic and diplomatic decision-making in reference to the FCDO’s ODA portfolio in Ukraine.
