Building Surveying Services for Damp, Condensation & Mould cases & disrepair claims + minor structural alterations

The proposed services / works to be covered by the proposed contract are as follows: - Damp, Condensation and Mould (DCM) surveys and reports. - Services in connection with Disrepair Claims covering services from inception to completion and Expert Witness advice and representation. - Structural surveys, from inception to completion including failure diagnosis, reports, design, tendering where required, contractor supervision and ad hoc advice to the council on structural problems.
