Translink Northern Railways (NIR) requires a competent contractor to replace the current Signalling Simulator. Northern Ireland Railways (NIR) is currently looking to improve its training programme for Signallers through the renewal of its current Signalling Simulator and that is required to realistically model the various functions of two NIR signal cabins (NX Panels) while incorporating the flexibility to create degraded working arrangements and safety related incidents within a secure, controlled environment.
