Provision of a catering dishwasher at Darlington Memorial Hospital

Synchronicity Care Limited (SCL) have a requirement for the provision and installation of a double hooded, flight dishwasher to replace a single condemned machine within the catering department at Darlington Memorial hospital. Following review, SCL's facilities department were unable to identify a suitable option from the quotes provided, with pricing being out of budget or not meeting the requirements set out in the request. Due to the urgency of the requirement and service being impacted from the lack of a machine currently, the most appropriate procurement route was to complete a direct award under the Procurement Act 2023 regulations to P&N Associates.
