Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service (LFRS) are going out to tender for the Provision of a Modular Welfare Facility at LFRS Service Training Centre, Southport Road, Euxton, Chorley, PR7 6DH LFRS will be considering option 'A' new unit and option 'B' reconditioned unit and the authority will make a decision on which option is the most suitable to the requirements of LFRS following completion of the evaluation of responses received. Nature of Work: The work comprises; the provision and fit out of a "temporary or portable" building including the provision of foundations, hard standings, drainage and associated services and landscaping as describe in the Schedule of Works and Summary of Tender documents.
