London Borough of Sutton is re-tendering for a new contract under a block contract arrangement for the delivery of extra care housing care and support services to three designated extra care housing schemes in Sutton.\r \r The provision of extra care housing care and support services have been divided into the following Lots comprising of a specific number of flats and of a specific number of care hours per scheme for people eligible for services:\r \r Lot 1 - Belsize Court\r Lot 2 - Cloverdale Court\r Lot 3 - Dymond House\r \r Tenderers are permitted to submit a tender for multiple Lots.\r \r Please see tender documentation for further details.
