UK Shared Business Services (UK SBS) is acting on behalf of the MRC - Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) to give notification of their intention to invite tenders for the following requirement; The MRC - Laboratory of Molecular Biology has a requirement for a purchase, installation and extended warranty/ service for a premium performance, highly automated Transmission Electron Cryo-Microscope. The microscope will deliver high resolution data collection for Electron Cryo-tomography (Cryo-ET) experiments and Single Particle Analysis (SPA) with automated data collection using a Field Emission Gun for the data collection of frozen-hydrated biological specimens.
