The works comprise of the construction of 2 No. Student Social Spaces, works will include; an extension to Foster Building and infill construction between Harrington & Greenbank Building and will include, but may not be limited to:  Foundations  Sub-structure  Super - Structure  Roofing works  Flooring  All Mechanical & Electrical Works  All interior fit out  Decoration  All Surveys etc.
