Description
The University of Wolverhampton sought to establish a framework of suppliers for the provision of Print Management services. The requirement was split into the below areas and tendered as three (3) Lots. Tenderers could apply for individual lots, any combination or all Lots: Lot 1 - Volume Print (Prospectuses) - awarded to a single supplier. Lot 2 - Print Support (General Printing Services) - a framework of a three (3) suppliers. Lot 3 - Informative & Promotional Display Print - a framework of three (3) suppliers Call-off for the services required under Lots 2 and 3 will be conducted by further competition. The criteria for the award of each call off Contract will be based on specifics for each project e.g. cost, programme, capacity, turnaround time for completion etc. This Agreement will be available for use by other Public Bodies in Wolverhampton and Partner Authorities in the West Midlands Combined Authority, including but not limited to, City of Wolverhampton Council and Royal Wolverhampton Hospital Trust. The Framework agreement will be let for a period of three (3) years (with an option to extend for up to a further 1 year (subject to satisfactory performance and agreement by both parties).
