Description
The Council wishes to enter into a contract for the provision and management of high quality general markets and specialist markets in Southampton City Centre and general markets in Bitterne. The service will be provided under a single provider service contract for a period of three (3) years, with the option for the Council to extend the contract a further period of one (1) years duration, at their entire discretion. There will be two lots, to cover both the City Centre and Bitterne markets
