Newcastle University Marketing Department are seeking to appoint an agency on retainer to support with the following key services: • Campaign analytics o Collate data from various data sources (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook, Google Ads etc and present measurement of monthly campaign success by subject, where applicable o Dashboard/report creation and analysis of results by subject, where applicable o Demonstrate how effective messages are to the audience o Recommendations and guidance on  KPIs  Key focus areas o Develop benchmarks to give context to results o Measure against competitors with share of voice o Understand context of earned media coverage with sentiment analysis o Track and amplify positive coverage • Content development o Create content suitable for media coverage o Rewriting Newcastle University created content  Make content more suitable for media coverage o Support stories with video assets where possible o Recommend creative angles that appeal to media channels • Digital PR o Provide access to relevant media channels o Secure relevant media coverage o Make recommendations for most impactful channels and coverage
