Replacement Telephone System

Contract to replace legacy telephone switches at our main sites with a cloud hosted Voice over IP (VOIP) based system. The replacement system will also support our remote and home-based workers. The scope of work covers: design, supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, training and on-going support of the system. The initial deployment will be to a new site at West Park, Wellington that is due to be occupied on 1st December this year. Our main site at Deane House, Taunton, and other smaller sites in Taunton will follow in Spring 2017. The contract provides for the inclusion of West Somerset House, Williton at a future date (WSC)
