Community Pharmacy PCN Lead Support Programme

The Specification is a call to organisations and provider companies to submit a bid to deliver the eight interactive leadership and influencing workshop sessions and associated Mentorship support for the "Integrating Community Pharmacy into Primary Care Networks" development programme. The specification has two purposes: 1. To outline the minimum service components, outcomes, and timeframes. 2. To invite suitably qualified respondents to apply to deliver the Programme within the defined specifications and timeframes.
