GB-Southend on Sea: M1819-15 DDA Contract

The works comprise of: the Disability and Equality Improvements to communal areas of blocks of flats within the Borough of Southend. Works will be identified through Access Audits and specific orders placed on a site per site basis. Typically, the works may include flooring, mats, staircase nosing's, handrail protection, signage, footpaths, ramps, replacement front screens, powered openers, replacement door closers - this is a general list only and some sites may include low levels of works only.
