Care and Support at Home Tier 1 Performance Contract

Hampshire County Council retendered zones 3 and 4 of the Care and Support at Home contract. This call-off competition was done through the Help to Live at Home open Framework with a single contract covering both zones. The Tier 1 Care and Support at Home service is for the provision of packages of personal care and support to individuals in their own homes that is based on the principles of Strength Based practices and continuing enablement to maximise independence of service Users throughout Hampshire. This contract is for an initial period of up to 30 June 2025, with a two year extension.
