18-086: De-commissioning / Outsourcing of Dalton Childrens Centre

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council are inviting bids from providers who are able to provide Ofsted Registered high quality early education places to 2, 3 and 4 year old's plus sustainable childcare places of 3 hours to meet needs in the Dalton area. The Early Help Strategy 2016-19 includes proposals to retain designated children Centre status for Thrybergh/Dalton Children's Centre but to re-locate the delivery staff to an alternative base. The building and the running of the existing day care are service is therefore being offered as a tendering opportunity to external organisations who think they may be able to provide this service.
