Description
Nacro is seeking to procure a Service Desk Management System which meets the needs of our HR and ICT Teams. Currently ICT uses Spiceworks to manage their requests for service; HR does not currently utilise software to manage requests for service. Although the HR and ICT Teams will be using the System independently, there are common workflows, such as the starters, leavers and movers process, where both teams will be working on the same ticket.
