This Call-Off Contract is to purchase a digital support tool, which is solution focussed on an individual level, offering a variety of options that will support people in managing, maintaining and increasing their independence and relying less on the support mechanisms they have around them. In turn this will reduce pressures on carers, friends and professionals.
