Description
Warwickshire County Council is seeking to commission a single provider to deliver a range of free (at the point of need), confidential, independent and impartial advice services to clients within Warwicskhire, with a particular focus on financial inclusion. The service will seek to minimise the likelihood and impact of financial exclusion. This will be done through the provision of advice at the point of need, and in a coordinated and collaborative manner. The provider will ensure the service promotes client independence in resolving issues as a first principle, focusing its resources on supporting clients who face barriers to self-help. Service delivery will be personalised, meet clients' diverse needs, be socially inclusive and safeguard vulnerable adults and children.
