Interim Senior Land and Development (Property) Consultant 2022

The main tasks provided by the consultant are:\r \r o To assist in progressing council owned development schemes through feasibility stage into delivery phase\r o Support the Director - Housing and Operations as well as the newly appointed Chief Officer - Development and the existing team in Development matters\r o Advising and supporting the need to brief officers and members in the options and possible development approaches to schemes\r o Support the PMO function and comment and assist in creating systems and governance measures consistent with the size and risk profile of the team\r o Support the sourcing, assessment and methods of consideration for potential development schemes suitable as a land pipeline.
