Description

**THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION - This contract has been awarded via Crown Commercial Services Heat Networks and Electricity Generation Assets DPS - RM3824 via further competition.** The final date and time for the submission of bids was 20th August 2021. Brief Description of Requirement: In light of prevailing market barriers, near-term policy action is needed to incentivise negative emissions and provide a route to market for GGR technology developers, in order to enable different carbon removal approaches to deploy over the coming 10-15 years. BEIS is therefore seeking detailed analysis of demand-side and supply-side policy interventions that could support the early deployment of engineered GGRs in this timeframe.
