Direct call off from ESPO framework 3A-20 (Advertising Solutions) - contract award notice only. Dorset Council requires public notices advertising services, predominantly within the printed press (local/regional newspapers/journals/specialist publications) for the publication of statutory notices. Other approaches may also be required, such as digital media advertising. The services to include media planning and buying, production (including proof reading, copy editing, copy editing and typesetting) and advice on ways to improve effectiveness and value for money.
