RFI - Customer Video Triage Technology

CHP are seeking information on the potential of customer video triage technology in our customer service department. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) exercise is to: • assess the capabilities within current markets to deliver a potential solution • allow CHP to assess supplier responses to help us to refine the specification and requirements of any potential future procurement process • enable CHP to develop its knowledge understanding of the market This exercise is a RFI as part of a market consultation, it does not constitute a formal procurement process or Invitation to Tender.
