Fire Risk Assessments 2024

MSV Housing are seeking to secure a consultant to provide effective fire risk management works through assessments and consultancy services, ensuring the fire safety of all relevant premises and in compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and Building Safety Act 2022. he contract will be in place for an initial term of three (3) years from the commencement date. At the end of the three years there will be the option to extend for two (2) further one (1) year periods. The contract is subject to MSV’s discretion based on the Contractor's performance.
