Description
Emergency award of contract under Reg 32 (2 (c)) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Following a Care Quality Commission review of the St Mary's Island Practice and mutual termination from the incumbent provider DMC. Need arose to appoint a provider under a emergency provision. This contract is for a period from 3/9/2020 – 2/9/2021 while Kent & Medway CCG appraise options for a sustainable solution.
