Harrogate Healthcare Facilities Management T/A Integrated Facilities are a wholly owned subsidiary of Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. This pipeline notice is being published on behalf of Harrogate Integrated Facilities. RAAC Eradication works at Harrogate District Hospital NHS Trust - Dependent upon Business Case outcome / funding The procurement route is likely to be via the CCS RM6267 Procure23 Framework Agreement or Pagabo Medium or Minor Works Framework Agreement. This contract supports the organisation’s strategy to enhance the safety, structural integrity, and long-term sustainability of our estate by addressing the risks associated with Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC). The works involve the identification, removal, and replacement of RAAC in key buildings across the estate, as part of the wider Building Safety Improvement Programme. This initiative aims to ensure compliance with safety regulations, improve building resilience, and safeguard staff and patients by eliminating potential risks posed by deteriorating RAAC structures.
