Description
TfGM is seeking a Residential Funder / Registered Provider to fund, own, manage and operate an affordable rental residential development of approximately 70-85 apartments in Bury town centre as part of the wider Bury Interchange redevelopment. The Development Partner will provide design development input and enter into contractual arrangements with TfGM, including a Collaboration, Funding and Development Agreement and long-term lease.

Participation
Conditions suppliers must meet to bid.
Bidders must be Registered Providers of Social Housing and hold a current published Viability grading of V1 or V2 from the Regulator of Social Housing, or demonstrate an equivalent standard of financial viability to TfGM's satisfaction. Bidders must hold, or commit to obtain before contract award, appropriate insurance levels specified in the procurement documents.
Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience of affordable housing-led development by reference to project examples meeting the minimum requirements set out in the procurement documents, including affordable housing, at least 50 units, brownfield and mid-density characteristics.
