Description
The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), represented by the British High Commission in New Delhi (India), intends to competitively identify and establish Framework Agreements with suitable hotels across India for the provision of business travel accommodation services to the UK Government officials. The Framework Agreements will cover the provision of hotel accommodation and related services for UK Government officials undertaking official travel within India. Services may include accommodation, breakfast, Wi-Fi, meeting facilities, airport transfers (where available), and other associated business travel services. The Framework Agreements will be a Standalone Framework established for a four (4) years period Suitable and interested hotel suppliers are invited to participate in a Market Engagement Event. During this event, FCDO will present its requirements, provide an overview of the procurement process, and seek feedback from the market to help refine the requirement and ensure the Framework Agreements deliver best value for money, operational flexibility, and high-quality accommodation services across the India Network.
