Description
A modern cloud-based solution for IT Service Management lays the foundation for digital transformation, which is exactly the direction Police Digital Service (PDS) wish to strive towards. In doing so PDS require the tools to be able to facilitate such a transformation. PDS's current processes are fragmented and aren't captured within in one tool, which is increasing the difficulty to identify and resolve incidents. PDS have procured the ServiceNow platform to streamline and modernise incident and configuration management, this now requires implementation and project managing.
