Y6 Transition and Standard Summer Programmes for CWCF

Oxfordshire County Council's Virtual School would like to procure the services to provide two elements for this programme, namely the Transition Summer Project and Standard Summer Project. The Transition Summer Project is to be developed in partnership with Oxfordshire Virtual School, providing support for up to 24 Children We Care For (CWCF) in 2025. The aim is to bridge the gap between primary and secondary school for Year 6 children in the care of Oxfordshire, who will be transferring to secondary school in September 2025. Numbers to be confirmed and agreed between both parties in January each year. The Standard Summer Project to be developed in partnership with Oxfordshire Virtual School. Numbers to be confirmed and agreed between both parties in January of each year. For January 2025 the programme is for 3 Children We Care For (CWCF).
