Architect Framework

Aequus Construction Ltd ("ACL") wish to establish a framework for the provision of Architectural Services. The framework will consist of 3 successful consultants. Bath & North East Somerset Council and any Joint Venture Company's set up by BANES will be permitted to access this framework. ACL is a private limited company establishment by Bath and North East Somerset Council ("B&NES") as a local authority wholly owned company ("the Company") to develop, deliver, own and manage property as well as new developments on a case by case basis using either Public Works Loan Board ("PWLB") funding or external financing dependent upon which is the most viable option. The Company's aim is to deliver high quality affordable residential properties that create places that both address local housing needs and generate a commercial return for its shareholder, B&NES. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CONTRACT WITH AEQUUS CONSTRUCTION LTD AND NOT BATH & NORTH EAST SOMERSET COUNCIL
