Eden Girls School, New Hall & Dance Studio

The Education Funding Agency working with Tauheedul Free School Trust seek a Principal Contractor for the provision of New Hall & Dance Studio block at Eden Girls School, Blackhorse Lane, Walthamstow E17 5SD and associated refurbishment works to some internal rooms within the school. Works are to be undertaken during the period from April 2018 for completion by the mid of October 2018. The works will be procured using the JCT DB form of contract with EFA schedule of amendments. A Pre-Contract Services Agreement may also be entered into subject to requirement.
