Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service (DARS) Case Management System

Procurement of Theseus (DARS) case management system from government's digital marketplace G-cloud framework. Incumbent system provider Cyber Media is a cloud service provider on the framework. Parallel project will run to move onsite hosting of Theseus by Durham County Council to offsite in this cloud-based solution. Under the G-cloud framework, the permissible length of the contract is for an initial term of 3-years plus a 12-month extension. and a further 12-month extension is available internally.
