Sellafield Ltd requires access to a supplier that can provide bespoke innovative online recruitment assessment and selection tools suitable for those joining the company within entry level talent positions. The opportunity may extend to providing similar assessment tools for recruitment of experienced professional hires. Covering six square kilometres, our site in West Cumbria is home to more than 200 nuclear facilities. A team of 11,000 people work here alongside our supply chain partners, to tackle a diverse portfolio of decommissioning, reprocessing, spent fuel management, nuclear waste management and nuclear material management. Sellafield will change over the next 3 to 5 years. We are currently investing in one of the largest portfolios of complex major projects in the country, creating the facilities we need for the next stage of our purpose.
