South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue is consolidating it's Facilities Management provision into two integrated packages (hard and soft FM).The contract(s) will be packaged into two lots comprising of \"hard\" services - such as mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance services, access control, BMS, and CCTV; - and \"soft\" services such as cleaning, waste management, pest control, and grounds maintenance.
