UK Industrial Clusters Employment Plan

***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3) RM6187 Lot 2. Brief Description of Requirement The IDC programme funds 9 major infrastructure projects for CCS deployment, across 5 of the largest industrial clusters in the UK (Humber, Teesside, Scotland, North West, South Wales). Project plans (FEED studies/ complex engineering works/ planning/ permitting) are currently in advanced stages of development and will shortly move to Final Investment Decisions (FID) at a cluster level after the IDC funding period ends in March 2024. The purpose of this work is for a company to develop the UK Industrial Clusters' Deployment Plan on behalf of the Industrial Decarbonisation Challenge (IDC). This will be a high impact assessment of the current status of UK Deployment projects, including an assessment of progress and the implications for further implementation.
