London Borough of Ealing Vision & Framework for Greenford & Perivale

This commission is for the appointment of a multi-disciplinary urban design team with community engagement expertise to deliver an area-focused masterplan vision and framework for Greenford and Perivale in West Ealing. The framework will articulate the vision and identify opportunities for Greenford and Perivale with a focus on Greenford Town Centre to enable a strong local renewal and green recovery from Covid-19. The framework will unlock opportunities to implement the 20-minute neighbourhood concept in Greenford, focusing on economic and social growth in the area's existing town and local centres. It will also be co-developed with a range of stakeholders including local residents and businesses. The outputs will help underpin the Council's new Local Plan so it can include the policies to best support what Greenford and Perivale need.
