This will provide the ability for additional settings in primary care to send digital prescriptions via the electronic prescriptions service including GP Virtual/Access hubs, Walk in centres, PCNs, Urgent and Emergency care settings for EMIS systems in use. This is critical to support remote working during COVID otherwise patients would have to collect paper prescriptions
