Description
Contract Modification to existing contract agreement under PCR2015 regulation 72 b) additional goods, works and services up to 50% of the original contract value have become necessary and a change of supplier cannot be made for economic or technical reasons. Bristol & Weston NHS Purchasing Consortium (BWPC) are NHS employees hosted by North Bristol NHS Trust whose specialism is procurement. BWPC support local Trusts and Healthcare Providers with all aspects of clinical and non-clinical purchasing, supply chain management and capital equipping. The Trust have Clinical Encoding software hosted by KCI Medical Ltd established within the Trust to manage the correct coding whilst capturing and recording information from the hospital case notes, operation, treatment, diagnostics, complications and comorbidities for each patient to ensure the Trust receives the correct payment tariff . Purchase of new modules to support effective capture and reporting of clinical coding. Award is to purchase: 3M™ Medicode™ 360 - Set-up, Implementation and Training Costs Intelligent Analytics Product to co-term with existing agreement which expires in April 2027
