Description
North Northamptonshire Council requires the services of Processing of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and for Bus Lane Enforcement. Services include: • Online payments and appeals • Evidence and photos viewable by motorist online Reconciliation and banking: Payment contact methods: • Postal • Telephone • Web Payment methods: • Cheques • Postal orders • Credit / debit cards o Banking of penalty income directly into Council account o Reconciliation of funds cleared into dedicated account Mail despatch • Statutory Notices enclosed and mailed 1st class • Correspondence replies enclosed and mailed 1st class Reports • Standard suite of performance reports published monthly to include financial income statement report Call centre • Operator - manned: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 • Automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR touch - tone) payment engine 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (optional and where applicable) Inclusive of all relevant software.
