Lot 1 - External Auditing and Taxation Advisory ServicesScope: Cobalt is seeking to enter into a 5-year contract with a suitably qualified service provider for the provision of External Auditing and Taxation Advisory Services. Cobalt and it’s single subsidiary Altview Living Limited have a 31st March year end. The contract will commence 1st November 2022 for planning and interim audit activities to be completed before the final audit in May/June 2023.Value: The anticipated 5 year lot contract value is £158,000 Contract period: The anticipated contract start date is 1st November 2022 to 30th September 2027. Lot 2 - Internal Auditing ServicesScope: Cobalt is also seeking to enter into a 5 year contract with a suitably qualified service provider for the provision of Internal Auditing Services. The contract will commence 1st April 2023Value: The anticipated 5 year lot contract value is £200,000Contract period: The anticipated contract start date is 1st April 2023 - 31st March 2028
