SH05149 - HOUSING EXTERNAL WALL INSULATION PROGRAMME 2018-2020 - CONTRACT 1

The works will comprise the installation of an external wall insulation system to approximately 174 properties, split into several different types of 'non-standard' property archetype which have been built using concrete frames/panels, timber or steel framed structures. In addition to the external wall insulation, there will be the requirement to replace or repair other aspects of the property fabric during the works. Depending upon the scope of work defined to each property, this could include replacement or repair of external doors, windows, door canopies, flat roofing, rainwater goods and fire stopping to party walls.
