Speech and Language Therapy Services

Element 1 - Speech and Language Therapy deploys provision via an integrated model based in and around ourFamily Hubs (Children Centres) using an integrated pathway that initially uses the 2 year Speech, Languageand Communication Measure' by Family Hub staff, and dependant on the outcome of the measure, leads toreferral to Speech and Language Therapist assessment. Provided to children under 5 years of age. Element 2 - A language outreach support service for pupils 5 - 16 years of age with high need speech communication difficulties is also included in the service. The service is 'term-time' provision only. This element of therapy support provides assessment, therapy and support for children, young people and their families
