23016 Further Competition for the Construction of Wisbech Youth Centre under Lot 3

To appoint a Principal Contractor to provide a full turnkey solution for the proposed Wisbech - YIF facilities. Following a successful grant application by the Youth in Communities team, Wisbech Adventure Playground has been selected by The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) for one of four national pilots for a Youth Investment Fund (YIF) grant Term will be 6/8 months for the construction phase with a 12 month defect period as a minimum. This will use JCT model contracts.
