Provision of Event Services Provider for The Royal Parks Half Marathon

The Royal Parks (“TRP”) invited suitably experienced Event Service Providers (“ESPs”) to submit tenders for provision of event services to deliver its flagship mass participation event the Royal Parks Half Marathon (”RPHM”). The ESP shall deliver five RPHM Events during the Term, with the first RPHM Event occurring in October of 2023 and the four remaining RPHM Events occurring annually each October thereafter. Each RPHM Event shall take place on the second Sunday in October annually. The ESP shall build on RPHM Event achievements, drive forward the sustainability vision for the event, and create demand for Places for the RPHM Event through ensuring that the runner experience is always at the forefront of improvements and innovations.
